Professor Yu-Chung Chiang is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at National Sun Yat-sen University. Professor Lien-Siang Chou is a Professor at the Institute of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, National Taiwan University, and holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from UC Davis. She formerly served as the Chairperson of the Taiwan Cetacean Society and as a Member of the 13th Examination Yuan. She is dedicated to the promotion of cetacean conservation and ecological sustainability.

Dr. Kwang-Tsao Shao is a leading authority on ichthyology and marine ecology. Ping-Shih Yang,

Professor Emeritus Ping-Shih Yang of National Taiwan University formerly served as the Dean of the College of Bioresources and Agriculture. A long-time participant in national conservation policy, he currently serves as honorary chairperson for several ecological associations. He also hosts the program "Fun with Nature" on National Education Radio, sparing no effort to promote nature education.
